Edmond is the founder of Holicons. He has over 25 years of experience in the public policy sector.
Over his career he has held various high-profile positions including Deputy Prime Minister of Albania, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Economy, Trade and Energy, and Minister of Transport and Infrastructure.
Edmond holds a Master of Public Policy from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Princeton, and an Executive MBA from the International Executive Development Center, Brdo, Slovenia.
